At the 2013 Conference in Arizona Tim Couch of Louisiana was added to the board. Musser and Estin were removed. Tim couch has been a member since July 2011 and according to NAPPS bylaws is ineligible to be a board member.

In order to become a member of board or a committee member of National Association of Professional Process Servers they must :

  • Be a member
  • Be elected by members present at a meeting in the US and have been a member for two years.

My predictions for the April elections in Arizona is that Randall will run and win as President since most members will not recognize and associate him with the historical patterns.
